You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. SMS/Text Messaging Consent

By opting in to receive text messages from Elite Reception AI, you consent to receive automated SMS/MMS messages including appointment confirmations, follow-ups, service updates, and promotional content. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or similar laws

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Services through the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
